I have only started recently creating timelapse movies. Now I have put together almost all my lapses into one little movie. Editing was done in Motion, Final Cut Pro and some grading in Color. The soundtrack was created in Logic Pro.
All shots were taken in Zurich, Switzerland, in March 2009. Cameras used Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon 450D, Canon G10. I prefer to use the G10 lately to avoid overusing the shutter of the DSLR cameras, espeacially of the 5D MKII.

great work Joerg. Good capture of the skies
I'm just getting into timpelapse, what does
motion do? I have it but never used it.
How many FPS are you shooting at?

Thank you. I'm just beginning to explore. On the Time Lapse HD Channel I see so much inspiring work.
About Motion: I convert the JPEG's first with Quick Time. Then I use Motion to render movie files in 1080p25 or 1080p30 format (Apple ProRes422 Codec). After I edit these files in Final Cut Pro. I find Motion to handle the big full res movies better than Final Cut Pro. Hope this helps.
