Topics to include establishing diversity as a strategic imperative, actions steps for empowering your institutional diversity plan, the evolution of the modern day chief diversity officer role in higher education, the key role of faculty as diversity-themed change agents, the importance of strategic partnerships, and other topics of relevance. This session will have utility for senior leaders, faculty, staff, recruiters, corporate stakeholders, and others interested in issues of diversity, inclusion, and organizational change in the academy.
