When I leg or knee hoop (apart from dropping it quite a lot) the hoop is very slanted.
Can anyone tell me why and what to do about it?
Also, I usually fail dismally to lift it back up although on this video I succeed first time but fail on the second.
Again, any advice about lifting it up consistently?
