The Greenhouse Effect, who today rule the internet, are captured here on February 2, 1992 playing their classic "Winers, Diners, and Social Climbers" which of course is a song that G.e. never recorded in the studio back in the day. "Going Legit was supposed to include this song" Says Guitarist and Blogger Clark Haggins; "It made the cut,..but we never got around to recording a version of it ,...Bummer (Laughs),...that would be sorta Like the Who never recording "I can see for miles". Millions of Google Adwords Ads and Blogging has enabled Haggins and his band to be seen and heard more than anybody else on the web and He says it's Great to see this Guitar dominated song in video today in 2011; "People always say I'm a Drummer or a Studio Rat Songwriter but this song really shows what I was capable of Live on the Guitar,.... A Greenhouse Effect gig back in 1992 was an amazing thing to behold ,..with Marty Silva back there on the drums and me upfront on guitar, We were unstoppable ,...There was no better band in Los Angeles and our growth on the internet has been spectacular,... We rule the web ,..because we are a Great band not just because we have all the advertising and Web radio ,...or because we were so huge on Youtube in 2005 and 2006,...We rule because we are flat out Great,...but better than that,..we are solid GOOD !!,.....SONGWRITING IS EVERYTHING,.....And we got it baby !!" - "Brandy" is a Song that has exploded for G.e. along with "Star" and "White Black Thang" // "Its all about great music,...we've established huge giant foundations in cyberspace with Blogging ,..it's all about web traffic and being seen ,..Sure, we could play live gigs again ,..and I think someday we will" Says Haggins.
