The sound was out of sync, it seemed to be ahead of the footage, I also had trouble hearing Emil.

I just was pointed to Vimeos Terms&Conditions today and was shocked to read that I am passing on all rights to Vimeo.
I really love the idea of VIMEO and somehow had trusted the site upfront. I am surprised not more people are concerned about this. My only answer would be that they probably do not know.
