The video contains contributions from Dr Clare Gerada, Royal College of General Practitioners, Professor Julian Le Grand, London School of Economics, Professor Anthony Mundy, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Polly Toynbee of The Guardian, who all spoke at the Nuffield Trust and the Royal College of Surgeons of England debate: Could the NHS further restrict the services it provides to offer a core package of services for all patients? in February, 2012.
