Eugene School District 4J is working to develop a common schedule for all 4J high schools in order to support student learning and increase operational efficiency. A staff work group has studied different schedules, seeking to determine what schedule would be optimal for student learning, equitable for teachers and students, and financially sustainable for the district. The district is now seeking public input before moving forward with a final recommendation and school board decision.
