We talk about the upcoming "Hot Java" (which became JavasScript), There is a short On-The-Road segment to Stanford, we visit with Brian Lindow on Lawrence Libermore Laboratory and see how he is using Cray Supercomputers and the Internet as part of a K12 science program, we look at the newly introduced USA today web site, explore the difference between a Connection-Oriented and Connectionless network, and surf some early attempts at map-oriented user interfaces.
