We follow nurse, student and musician George "Senyo" Norshie on his journey… his journey to becoming one of the 1st pediatric nurses in Ghana… his journey to teach his fellow nurses about children's health care in his country… his journey to fulfilling his 2 passions in life: child health and music.

Myself and Jarratt Best (Public Engagement Officer for SickKids Foundation) met George on our trip to Ghana to document the partnership between SickKids Hospital in Toronto and The University of Ghana's Nursing School.
Their goal is to train the first 50 Pediatric nurses ever in Ghana from the new program they have created.

Immediately after meeting George for the 1st time, we were both taken aback by how passionate he was - the more we got to know him, the more we realized how much he's had to deal with to get to where he is now and to see where he wants to be was truly inspiring.
