Meeting the tsetse fly.
MSF's mobile sleeping sickness team travels to remote villages in Central African Republic, Chad and DRC screening people and treating patients suffering from Human African Trypanosomiasis.
While the disease is fatal if it's not treated, there are drugs that can cure it.
The mobile team's programme includes awareness-raising to help combat the parasite that infected at least 10,000 people in 2009.
