About Life AsRx:
First and foremost we are CrossFitters. We do it, we coach it, and we live it. Each one of us on the Life AsRx team has "drank the kool aid" and done everything we can to help the community we love. All of our lives have been changed by what CrossFit has done for us, and we want our products and services to show that. Coach Glassman stated, "strive for excellence," and are attempting to do just that. We thank all who have supported our passion.
