A woman, Cathy, is stalked by her ex-partner, Heath. He rings her incessantly and damages her car. Cathy obtains an intervention order, which he breaks. The police are generally unhelpful. Eventually someone witnesses Heath damaging Cathy's car, and the police believe her. Heath is convicted, given a suspended sentence, and told not to go within a hundred metres of Cathy's house. Heath hires a plane and writes messages in the sky.
