    I like this video. One important aspect with crowdsourcing is that the company should bring something to the table as well.

    How do you get customers to participate? Ensure there's something in it for them as well. Like the privelage to influence your product development, or the chance to win a contest, whatever - be creative, as long as you bring something to the table.

    Just my 2cents anyway.
