Sarah Schneider started working here today - our first permanent female employee. She works with Michael and Jay in the ad sales room. Michael actually had to email the whole office today:

Fellas,
I know it is REALLY exciting having a lady in the company now, and some of you are seeing one up close for the first time, but Sarah and the rest of the sales force are extremely busy. Please don't make me implement IM before you enter rules.

We are more than happy to have visitors, but let's keep it reasonable and all be productive worker bees.

I had probably poked my head in four of fives times today before he wrote that. Having a girl here changes everything.
