2. Citoplasmas en medio ácido, stop motion film
8 months ago
The terrible and funny consequences of a boring class are revealed in this stop-motion clay animation.

We took 5 months to create this short, two of them animating in a small and claustrophovic room. We finish as crazy as our student.

Directed by david gautier, Irene Iborra, Edu Puertas

This short tooks part in Annecy Film Festival and the MTV Artbreak project.

    Gracias por los comentarios!!

Thancks for the comments, about the voice in the short, it is the teacher and he doesn't say anything with sense, I mean in spanish you also could understand any word.

    Thanks for your comment.
About the number of frames we took, well, a lot, between 8000 or 10000 photos. Of course we took some shots that finally aren't in the film and others that we repeat. Seems hard but we love this work.

its perfect , i and my friend working on a 30second stopmotion animation but the problem is our puppet head ist turn slowly so i wonder how can i get slow motion head turn ..for example i want its head looks right than looks left and it will happen in a seconds if we make it 15frame for second we must take 30 photo but the head moves only 12-15 ..

Excellent:))). What program for creating video you used? If this is not a secret.
  • citoplasmas 18 days ago
Thanks, not at all, we did it in stop motion, so all you see is real, it's clay, no digital effects. We recorded with stop motion pro and edited with premiere.
