Demonstration of the Pediavision SPOT used for early, valid detection of amblyopia in children. The SPOT is portable and battery powered with internal interpretation and WiFi printing capacity. SPOT acquired from Pediavision by Welch Allyn 8-2014. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends photoscreening in a series of age-appropriate screenings during a child’s first decade.
