The song is about a simple Russki lad who comes to Moscow and feels like he can beat the shit out of anybody.

He tries to rob a rich kid, but is unsuccessful in doing so. Having managed to grab 2000 rubles he goes to CherkiZON market to buy a new outfit. He then attempts to get a girl but is refused for his village like provincial looks.

It makes him become really angry and he delivers a lecture on how he has education and helps his mother at her garden and that he's working class and people should treat him with respect, or otherwise he'll break their knees and smash their faces...

The closing chapter of this Epic story takes place in a church where the Murse Man is paying back for his sins and asks the people to be directed to the Path of God.
