"Waalwege" date back to the Middle Ages: Located in South Tyrol, they connect wineyards and fruit plantations with a sophisticated system of water channels. Hiking along the "Waalwege" is highly recommended.. there's great food and wine waiting along the road.

Are the 'Waalwege' the same as the 'Walser Route'? I hiked on the Walserroutea while ago, and your video brings up pleasant memories (especially of flies circling my head after days of showerless hiking...)
BTW, what did you use to edit? How did you created the diagonal splits?

Ivan, the video was edited with Premiere Elements 3. PE3 has a title function that lets you add text and polygons and stuff on top of your movie. The diagonal splits are simple polygons with their angle changed a little bit. As for the Walser Route: Not completely sure but I guess that's a slightly different story..
