I do somes film techniques like desaturation, using soundtrack Negative Agfa St8 for black and white Hi contrast scenes in negative . this is the emulsion used to do Optical print of the soundtrack ... this Agfa sound is not still available ... desaturatiuon process was doine using double Dark green filter on the lens and reduce this color in the lab timing ....

this was shoot 20 years ago , so Digital and special effects in POST DONT exist .... we had to do all with Filters process ...
