"Aoi Sora Nagareru Kumo" (青い空流れる雲 Blue Sky, Flowing Clouds) is an organic restaurant in Sapporo, Japan, run by Takehiro Tominaga and his wife.
Tominaga selects food materials from local farmers as much as he can. He emphasizes consuming traditional Japanese grain everyday for better nutrition. He says there are many ways of cooking grain to make them taste better.
