Ericsson announced a deal with BBC World Service Trust earlier this year. As delivery platforms change, so international broadcasters are experimenting with new ways to get a message accross. Apparently, Ericsson is playing a consulting role, helping to identify target audiences and how they use the phone. Then it will be up to programme makers to work that usage pattern into a cross media programme format.
