500 gms khoya
600 gms sugar
1/2 cup almonds( boil in water and remove skin)
1 1/2 cup amul ghee
1 tsp saffron
1- Mix khoya and sugar.
2- In a mixer blend almonds and saffron into a smooth fine paste.
3- Whisk eggs for 4 minutes until slightly frothy.
4- Add khoya and sugar mixture,next add almond and saffron paste,lastly add ghee and mix well into a smooth
thick mixture without any lumps.
5- Pour the mixture into a lined tin.
6- Bake in a pre heated oven(180 c)for about 40 minutes, halt way through open the oven and put some almond
flakes)bake till golden brown.
7- let the halwa cool down, then cut into pieces and serve.
