The first meal was cooked at 1 Lombard Street by London darling Angela Hartnett and New York chef of the moment Gabrielle Hamilton, whose chef memoir 'Blood, Bones and Butter' was published last year to great critical acclaim. I was sent to cover their meal by Nowness, whose photographer Leigh Johnson has provided the picture for this audio interview. Here the chefs talk about their shared love of Italian food and where that comes from, their views on the 'local/seasonal' food movement and the differences (or lack thereof) between male and female chefs.
