i'm curious... what is the application that you really want to use but can't get hold of?

iStopMotion is a decent and affordable package for creating animation. Still there are other paint programs that do tablet drawn animation much better.

Oh good lord....Rotoscoping... *i definately know how that goes.

Side Tangent story:

I was in an intermediate video production course. And my professor, who had no concept of animation....wanted me to animate 5 minutes of a balloon going in and out of a video to animation environment....I told him there was no way that I could do that in one evening...he said, if you want to do your final project, you're going to have to do that by tomorrow.
