As I am new and have no formal training, I wanted to experiment with my process. I experimented in the planning phase... When it came time to shoot... things did not go as smooth. I prioritized shooting sequence by maintaining contiguous camera angles instead of following the coffee making process in order. Overall, I'm less satisfied, but neither Brian nor I wanted to redo the whole shoot. One thing I did like better with this shoot... we used a silver screen to reflect light onto Brian's dark side... it boiled down to a realization that I need a second camera and utilize FCPX new multi-cam support.
Gear is the same: T3i, Tamron 17-55 f2.8, Shure condenser mic, FCPX, MBPro.
