Jonathan has a history of success in both the broadcasting world as well as mobile, being one of the brains behind the Blyk in the UK. I look at Blyk from a different perspective than most. By doing what they do (offering young adults free phone time in return for accepting targeted ads), they are building up a fascinating study on how this age group uses the phone and what triggers them to do things. This is extremely useful, not only in designing commercial campaigns, but also in figuring out how to bring important information over to this age group.
Jonathan has now started his own company ( see jma.co.uk ) doing similar sorts of consulting work that fascinate me.
