The Festivals Company has worked with the Noah’s Ark Appeal (the official charity for the Children’s Hospital for Wales) to help them raise £500,000 to fund a hydrotherapy pool at the Children's Hospital for Wales through its Splish Splash Splosh campaign.
In the video David Roberts (eleven-time Paralympic champion) explains the importance of hydrotherapy and how it helped him achieve his success, and how 500 children a year across Wales miss out on this treatment. The promo also features a family from South Wales who’s youngest son Hari suffered from hyper-mobility in his joints meaning he couldn’t crawl or walk. Through hydrotherapy treatment, Hari was able to walk for first time.
