Holidays are the time when we are most likely to grab the video camera and capture family events. For most of us, it is why we bought a camera in the first place. Taping a holiday home movie can be fun, and should be something you will cherish years from now. If for no other reason than to ridicule bad hair and questionable fashion choices.

What are some simple ideas for capturing the moments that swirl around the holidays? In this episode of the Media Notes series you will learn how being a part of the celebration gives you unique access to your friends' and family's events. Be it weddings, birthdays, Eid-ul-Fitr, Christmas, Hanukah, Thanksgiving, Easter... whatever you choose to celebrate, it is time to get out the camera and start shooting.

Great stuff, Drew. I am forwarding this to my brother who just got his first video camera. He has three kids and I think they are going to be shooting a lot of footage now! I might just revisit some of my tapes too. Thanks again. Keep up the great work!

Hey, do you publish a video podcast on iTunes? If not, you should! :)
