Some footage at the Calgary Farmers Market taken Sunday March 29th. Shot using a Canon HF S10, editing with Final Cut Express. I'm still very new at this and still learning.

The image quality is very good.

Just to let you know, the less you move the camera around, the better the video will look.

For one thing, it's a distraction. The other part of it is that the image will blur as you quickly move the camera.

If you can get a hold of a tripod or monopod, it would be optimal. (With a tripod, you would turn off image stabilization.)

Otherwise, if hand-held, always try to steady the shot (keep in mind what you will be viewing later).
Make sure that the the image stabilization is on for hand-held shots. If you must pan, do it very slowly.

Cool thanks for the tips. I actually just picked up a monopod yesterday and plan to put it to work shortly. Would you recommend turning off image stabilization on a monopod as well? Does that improve image quality?
I did play with the colours on a few sections to warm them up.
    Thanks again for the info.
