Peter Minshall learned the arts of mas (or, masquerade) in the streets of Port of Spain, Trinidad, and then studied theatre design at the Central School of Art and Design in London. His projects, which are performative, public, and participatory, have engaged makers, performers, participants, and viewers in Trinidad and Tabago as well as in international ceremonies such as the Barcelona and Atlanta Summer Olympics and the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics.
