I was about to explain the whole Existential Highway to Hell thing, but now I can't remember how it came about. I think somebody told David that the French get all existential while A) drunk, B) enraged or C) backed into a corner.

Or it may not have been any of that stuff. Needless to say, the more drinks poured the more complicated the conversation got, and pretty soon we all found ourselves on the one-way to Gnashing and Grinding of Teethsville.
