Elodie Blanchard aka elasticCo is not your typical designer. A visit to her studio in Brooklyn, NY uncovered beautiful and playful treasures; a gauze curtain with platypus appliques, a giant, stuffed poodle, and a "suit" made entirely of rubber-bands. Elodie began creating these playful prototypes along with countless other sewn items after moving to the United States from France in 2000....
