The “Quail Brush Power Plant” (11-AFC-03) would violate numerous land use plans/regulations and would be an unacceptable eyesore and health risk to Santee and Tierrasanta. High noise levels would destroy the tranquility of a regional asset – Mission Trails Regional Park. It must be rejected.
