The Philadelphia Freeze UWHL C and Independent D teams share practice ice at UPenn on Monday nights. This night, we spent most of the practice scrimmaging as mixed squads.

We only had one goalie (poor Nielle, who was even more bored than she usually is during real games), so a cone played net at the other end. You had to get the puck *in* the cone to score.

I'm posting this one so that Chelsea can see what she looks like skating, but more importantly, so she can finally figure out what Ruthann was yelling at her. :-)
