Gizmodo Internship Audition: Portlandia Technology Loop

I chose the clip: "Technology Loop" from the show Portlandia as an example of what can happen when productivity and technology notification systems buzzing across all different devices can very overwhelming. I think that the Gizmodo readership would be interested in watching this clip, relating to it in their own households, and reading up a followup article perhaps on managing your notification systems across devices to be less distracting and how to master your devices so that you control them, so that they aren't controlling you.
