Amtrak shot from a higher angle with the Aiptek in 1080p. The audio has multiple delays fading in and out.

I think the delays in the audio and video may be due to VIMEO converting all uploaded programs to 1280x720 at 25 Frames Per Second format.
I noticed this when I first got on the VIMEO Site and converted my programs to this format before uploading. I edit with Final Cuts Express on Apple and can create a file that is 25FPS for uploading. I don't know about a work about in the Windows environment.
FISHYCOMICS or the MODERATOR or ANOTHER VIMEOer may have a better answer or solution for you.
