During the first approach to the system of education it was recognized a main core engine formed by the set of parameters that usually describes the training process: motivation, n° of attended courses, educational qualification, employment and resulting satisfaction. This is a really synthetic but semplified vision that cannot turn into “the vision” supposed to be highly representative. For this reason this video enlarges the horizon including the quality of the educational path attended and its main results: the competences and capacities developed, vital to well understand the real perspective of employment and the adaptation capacity both in static and dynamic contexts and also basic to predict and prevent sudden configurations of incumbent poverty.
