I am blessed to work as the Communications Director for Holy Yoga in addition to founding Jesus Freak Media. We produced this video for entry in the national campaign sponsored by First Lady Michelle Obama called "Let's Move Video Challenge" The competition is designed to highlight faith or community based non-profit organizations' efforts to fight childhood obesity and promote healthy eating and physical activity. Through Kids' Holy Yoga and Baby Holy Yoga we are doing just that! Please vote for us!
