Although it is known that new brooms sweep the room very clean, but the Church is now in its renewed bond with the Lord. You neither need to look to the left nor the right, but straight into the ways of the Lord as always there will not be anybody to advice you how to make decision. These are considered to Leadership qualities, and they are intuitive or self built.
People who surround you can only judge you on your performance as your clock starts in harness.
There is usually no thank you letter for Missionary duties, because it is considered to be your responsibility and the right thing to do always.
I pray the Lord will be with you all the days of your stewardship.
