A short brewing guide for sheng puer (or raw puer), a tea unique to the Southern Chinese area of Yunnan. In this video we use a youngish large leaf sheng. As with most shengpu around this age ('06) the first few infusions have a pleasant bitterness, this soon balances out to bring a refined sweetness on later infusions. Keep infusions fairly short if you want a clean easy brew, and longer if you prefer a little bite to your sheng.
