BODY PRESENCE by Flynn Grinnan: Influences

Sculptor Flynn Grinnan shares with us his five major artist influences for the work in his newest sculptural series, BODY PRESENCE. Grinnan describes how the conceptual and material methods used by Mark Rothko, Richard Serra, Ana Mendieta, Gabriel Orozco, Janine Antoni and Antony Gormley have contributed to in some way to the theoretical backing and physical production of BODY PRESENCE.

BODY PRESENCE will be on display at Yellow Peril Gallery in Providence, RI from April 19th to May 13th, 2012.
