3LC is based in the Isle of Man and cycling is our passion. For decades this sport has been hugely popular on the Island and we have been committed to helping our cyclists achieve their goals. This has led to many local riders - past and present - competing on both World Tour and Pro Continental teams. You may even have heard of our fellow Manxman and current World Road Race Champion Mark Cavendish. (Well done, Cav!) As a result of this success many of our young local riders have been or are currently involved with the British Academy, which is an extraordinary fete considering our small population of 80,000.
For the first time in history, 3LC.tv/ lets you train with World Champions Mark Cavendish and Peter Kennaugh of Team Sky as they ride alongside their lifelong friends on their home turf - the Isle of Man.
Each of the 5 DVD's 3LC have produced so far focuses on a specific cycling discipline - Sprinting, Time Trialing, Climbing, Road Racing and Ladies Road Racing.
