This is my first music video production for one of my favorite Portland bands, Autopilot. I first became interested in making music videos after watching a collection of videos produced by Michel Gondry. Afterwards, I became inspired with his idea of taking something very simple and running far with it. My favorites included childlike constructions put into the context of reality. From this inspiration, I came up with the idea to create a juxtaposed world of reality vs. imagination using diaramas, cardboard models of animals and trees and shooting them against nature.
