GSA VIDEO: "The Angry Office Clown"

The Huffington Post's investigation into the General Services Administration Las Vegas convention junket scandal has unearthed a variety of videos which depict the Federal GSA office in a harsh and damning light.

But this clip stands alone as a masterpiece of near infinite irony. What could be more ironic than a Federal employee- dressed as a clown- engaging a d-grade ripoff of "The Office" will simultaneously sporting AND quoting a cheaply-produced imitation of a famous Despair.com Demotivator about the utter incompetence of Government itself?
