- Mi-cuits Chocolat Blanc (200g de chocolat blanc pâtissier, 100g de beurre doux, 4 oeufs, 160g de sucre, 120g de farine)
- Verrines Mangue Basilic (1 mangue, 1/2 citron, 4 à 5 feuilles de basilic, 10cl de crème liquide, 25g de sucre glace)

Shooté au Panasonic GH1 / Pancake 20mm, monté sous Sony Vegas.
