We created two commercial image spots for Brookfield to present in the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival Pre-Show as part of their official TFF sponsorship.

Since the attendees of TFF 2012 had limited knowledge of the international commercial real estate manager and developer, we set out to introduce and humanize the company by presenting it as a unique group that really cares about our city and gives back to the community in countless significant ways.

Based on this positive experience, Juniper Jones is extending its creative collaborations with Brookfield Office Properties for 2013, focusing on the company’s $250 million transformation of Lower Manhattan’s World Financial Center into Brookfield Place.
