Cloud Seeding is a participatory public art installation created by Erik Carlson for the new Green Valley Ranch branch of the Denver Public Library. The artwork processes patrons' card catalog search results to call up a spectrum of associative images, quotes and movies drawn from the library's collection. The result is an ever-shifting, real-time visualization of the library's day-to-day usage.
