"L.E.D." (Light-Emitting Disc) Maiden Flight. This is scaled up and heavily modified from Stringfly's plans for a flat foam depron flying saucer. I widened the wing span into an oval shape instead of a circle and added dihedral to the wings. My rudder is on top. I added a horizontal stabilizer and elevator that stick out behind the dihedral wings. This is a nice, gentle flyer that looks great at night and is perfect for park flying. Powered by a BP21 motor and a 3 cell 2000 mAh lipo (8C).
