The Tallest Man on Earth is the moniker of the folk musician Kristian Matsson of Dalarna, Sweden. Matsson also sings in a band called Montezumas.

We approached Kristain Matsson aka The Tallest Man On Earth at the last minute before his performance about doing a video recording with us before his show at the Pabst Theater on Wednesday, April 1st. The show marked the inaugural series of "No Buck Shows." The No Buck Shows highlight up and coming artist at no cost! Just walk up to the venue the night of the show, no catch!
The Tallest Man On Earth is definitely on the rise, and we wanted to capture the intimate beauty of his songs to share with you after he'd left town. We meandered around the Pabst Theater 3rd floor balcony, admiring and discussing the French prints that adorn the hallway walls. Eventually, Kristain descended the stairs towards us fingerpicking the first few chords of "Shallow Grave" and, well, it's probably best to let the video speak for itself...
