Move or die!

I believe that the Art of Living is to die young . . . as late as possible. Hitting 60 this year is a cause of celebration for me because I'm one of the lucky 2.7% who survived a heart attack and ventricular fibrillation. Yes, statistics in Singapore shows that only 3 out of 10 survived the trauma outside a hospital.

Most may think that I'm crazy doing what I do in this video at my age and with my previous medical condition :) Then again, if we don't move it, we're going to lose it!
Whatever age you're at, move your body and you will be rewarded with painless mobility and a body you can be proud of!

We are what we eat
We are what we do
We are what we think
We are what we use
We are how we breathe

At more than 60, I'm still at it. By moving mindfully, I enhance my overall well-being by being healthily fit - physically, mentally and emotionally.

In any situation, we can choose to be bitter or better
BETTER IS THE ONLY OPTION
